Q: Where is Moxy East Village located?
A: We’re located in the heart of NYC’s East Village neighborhood at 112 East 11th Street between 3rd and 4th Ave.

Q: What time is check-in and check-out?
A:  Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 12pm.

Q: Does Moxy East Village offer early check-in?
A: Early check-in is available, based on availability and also subject to an early check-in fee $50 before 2PM. Please contact the Front Desk on the day of arrival to inquire.

Q: Does Moxy East Village offer late check-out?
A: Yes. Late check-out is available based on availability and is subject to the following fees:

  • 1:00 PM — $25
  • 2:00 PM — $50
  • 3:00 PM — $75
  • 4:00 PM — Full nightly room rate

Q: Can I have visitors during my stay?
A: All visitors of hotel guests must be registered at the hotel. If you would like to register a visitor, please visit the Front Desk and show proof of ID.

Q: Is there Wi-Fi access at Moxy East Village?
A: Yes! We offer furiously fast and free WiFi hotel-wide (and of course in all guest rooms).

Q: Is parking available?
A: Yes, valet parking is available at the rate of $90 per day for regular sized vehicles and SUVs. Self-parking is also available 24 hours a day at LAZ Parking Garage located at 85 Wanamaker Place for $50 per day for Sedans, $60 for SUVs and $70 for oversized vehicles, no in-and-out privileges included.

Q: Does Moxy East Village store luggage?
A: Yes storage is available—just ask our crew for more details when you check-in.

Q: Does Moxy East Village serve breakfast?
A: There are a variety of specialty coffee and pastries available for purchase at Café d’Avignon Popup at Alphabet Café. Hotel guests are welcome to complimentary drip coffee available from 7am – 10am. 

Q: Does Moxy East Village have a restaurant?
A: Yes, we have many! Satisfy all your cravings from dawn till dusk. Check out our Dine & Drink  page to learn more about Cathédrale, The Ready Cantina, Alphabet Bar & Café, & Little Sister.

Q: Does Moxy East Village have a rooftop?
A: Yes, The Ready Cantina is our all-season rooftop bar. Reservations are required. 

Q: What is Moxy East Village’s smoking policy?
A: No butts about it, Moxy East Village is a smoke-free environment. Don’t be a rule breaker—smoking in your room will result in a daily $500 fine.

Q: Does Moxy East Village have a fitness center? 
A: Yes! Located one floor above check-in, you can sweat any time of day (or night) at our 24/7, state-of-the-art fitness center. 

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: Yes! Sorry cat lovers, dogs only. There is a $50 daily fee for one dog, per room (maximum you’ll pay is $150), and a maximum size of 20lbs. So your mastiff is going to have to stay at home.

Q: Where can I learn about Moxy East Village’s offers and promotions?

Q: Can I send a package to Moxy East Village?
A: Yes! Packages will be received at the hotel and held on property for $5 per package.

Q: I left an item in my room. What should I do?
A: If an item is found in your room after checkout, we’re happy to ship it back for a $20 handling and shipping fee. Once confirmed, the fee will be charged to the card on file and we’ll take care of the rest.

A: Moxy East Village hosts an evolving calendar of cultural and social programming. Events may include live comedy shows, burlesque bingo, nightlife experiences, pop-ups, and special collaborations. Guests are encouraged to check the programming calendar or inquire at check-in for upcoming events.

A: Yes. Umbrellas are available for purchase at the Front Desk for $25 plus tax.

Q: I need something extra for my room — what should I do?
A: Look for our Stash closets located on each floor near the elevator landing. Simply swipe your key card for access to items such as extra towels and shower amenities.

A: Moxy East Village is located in one of Manhattan’s most vibrant neighborhoods, surrounded by dining, nightlife, and cultural attractions. Nearby points of interest include Union Square, Astor Place, Washington Square Park, NYU, and a wide variety of downtown restaurants and bars. Q: Is Moxy East Village family-friendly?
A: Yes. Moxy East Village welcomes guests of all ages. While the hotel features an energetic downtown atmosphere, families are welcome to enjoy the property and neighborhood.

Q: Is there an airport shuttle from Moxy East Village?
A: Moxy East Village does not offer a dedicated airport shuttle. Guests may arrange transportation via taxi, ride share services, or public transportation. Our Crew can also assist with arranging private car service. Pricing varies based on airport, number of guests, and amount of luggage.

Q: What airports are nearby?
A: We are in close proximity to the three major New York/New Jersey airports, including John F. Kennedy, LaGuardia, and Newark airports.

Q: How do I get to Moxy East Village?
A: Planes: Shuttle service and trains to EWR, JFK, and LGA are available from Penn Station. Any NYC Yellow Taxi will take you to JFK for a flat rate of $52.00. Trains: The 4, 5, 6, N, W, R, Q, and L lines are located 3 blocks away via Union Square station. Automobiles: To arrange a car service, please contact the front desk—or do it the local way and whistle for a yellow cab over on 3rd Ave.!

A: Daily enhanced WiFi, with additional benefits available for Gold+ Marriott Bonvoy members! Daily $20 food & beverage credit available for redemption at Café D’Avignon and Alphabet Bar.
